The 70/20/10 rule
- 70% main colour (body)
- 20% secondary colour (panels/shoulders)
- 10% trim colour (collar/sleeves/details)
Numbers must be readable
If the shirt is dark, go light numbers (and vice versa). Busy pattern? Add an outline.
