How do I check/track my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your progress.
For custom kit orders, you’ll be able to track:
Design stage
Production stage
Quality check
Dispatch
Delivery
You can also log in to your Hackin Sportswear account at any time to view your order history and status updates.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
Choose your kit design
Select your colourway(s)
Choose your squad size
Add names, numbers and badge details
Add to basket and checkout
After ordering, our design team will contact you to confirm artwork before production begins.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Once your design is approved, your kit goes straight into production.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All kits are custom-made. Production typically takes:
3–5 weeks for full kit orders
2–3 weeks for training wear
1 week for repeat orders (same design)
Delivery time is 1–3 working days once dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Because all Hackin Sportswear kits are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
Wrong sizes ordered
Colour changes after approval
Name/number errors provided by the customer
We will, however, replace any item that arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I check/track my order status?

Your tracking link (once dispatched)
