How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Our standard production and delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of final artwork confirmation. Custom kits take time to get just right — we promise it’s worth the wait.

Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order with Hackin Sportswear is easy. Simply browse our online shop, choose your items, select the sizes and custom options where applicable, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order. For teamwear or custom kit enquiries, you can also contact us directly and we’ll guide you through the process.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible. Orders that haven’t gone into production or been dispatched can usually be updated. For custom orders, please note that once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account? No problem. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save your details for faster future checkouts, view past orders, and track your deliveries easily.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door. You can also log into your Hackin Sportswear account to view the status of your order at any time.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on non-customised items in their original condition. Unfortunately, personalised or made-to-order items can’t be returned unless faulty. Full return instructions will be provided once your return is approved.
