Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Production and delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks from the point your artwork, sizes and quantities are approved.

The clock starts at approval, not at enquiry — the sooner artwork is signed off, the sooner your kit is in production. If you have a season start or tournament deadline, tell us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is achievable.

Checking your order before production

You are responsible for checking and approving artwork, colours, spelling, names, numbers, logos, quantities and sizing before production begins.

Once artwork and order details have been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns on custom and personalised items

All Hackin Sportswear custom and personalised garments are made specifically to the customer's approved design and requirements. Because these products are bespoke, they cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has started simply because the customer changes their mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly manufactured, or does not match the approved order due to an error by Hackin Sportswear or our production process, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details.

We will investigate and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement, remake or other resolution.

Sizing

Sizing issues are not normally eligible for return or exchange where the garment has been produced in the size ordered by the customer. Please check sizing carefully and ask us if you are unsure before confirming your order.

Non-customised stock products

Any non-customised, stock products will be handled separately in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects a customer's statutory rights.
