Who we are

Hackin Sportswear supplies custom sportswear to clubs, teams, schools and organisations in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, email sales@hackinsportswear.co.uk.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us — name, club or organisation, email address and phone number
• Enquiry and design details — colours, badges, sponsor artwork, sizes, quantities and notes
• Order and delivery details — items ordered, player names and numbers, delivery address
• Club shop account details for club managers and administrators
• Website usage data such as pages viewed, collected to understand and improve the site

How we use it

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and produce free kit designs and quotes
• Process, produce and deliver orders, including club shop orders
• Provide customer support and keep you updated on your order
• Maintain records for accounting and legal purposes
• Improve the website and our products and services

Payments

Online payments are handled by our payment providers, including Stripe and, where offered, Klarna and Clearpay. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by Hackin Sportswear.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only where it is needed to deliver your order or run the business — for example with our production partners, delivery couriers, payment providers and the software services used to run this website and our internal systems. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, design and order records for as long as needed to support your club — including reorders and top-ups against an approved design — and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to certain uses. Email sales@hackinsportswear.co.uk and we will respond.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
