Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed with Hackin Sportswear for custom and personalised sportswear.
About us
Hackin Sportswear designs and supplies custom sportswear and teamwear to clubs, teams, schools, universities, academies and organisations in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at sales@hackinsportswear.co.uk.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the garments, quantities and specification discussed at the time and may change if your requirements change. An order is accepted once you have approved the artwork and order details and any required payment terms have been agreed.
Artwork, badges and sponsor logos
By supplying badges, sponsor logos, names or other artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have them reproduced on your kit.
You are responsible for checking and approving artwork, colours, spelling, names, numbers, logos, quantities and sizing before production begins.
Production and delivery
Production and UK delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. Timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have confirmed a specific deadline with you in writing.
Changes and cancellations
Because items are made to your approved specification, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for the full position on returns, faults and sizing.
Payment
Payment methods offered may include card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay and bank transfer, subject to availability and eligibility at checkout. Club shop orders are paid for online at the point of ordering.
Colour and product variation
Sublimated printing allows close colour matching, but screens vary and slight variation between an on-screen mockup and the finished garment can occur. Product images and mockups are indicative.
Liability
Where we are responsible for a fault or error, our liability is limited to replacing, remaking or refunding the affected items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
