The season doesn't wait for the committee. Late registrations, extra teams and ruined shirts all happen after the main kit order has landed — and none of them need a full squad order to fix.
Your design stays on file
Every Hackin design is stored permanently, so a top-up is an exact match to the kit the rest of the squad is already wearing.
Colour matched, not close enough
Because kits are fully sublimated we reproduce the same colours, pattern, crest and sponsors — no faded or mismatched replacements.

Getting late-season kit right
Order top-ups before you need them
Production and UK delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks from design approval. If a new player is registered for a fixture next weekend, tell us the deadline when you enquire — we'll be honest about what's achievable rather than promise a date we can't hit.
If we made the original kit
Nothing to send. Your artwork, colourways, sponsor files and previous size list are all stored, so a top-up is genuinely a same-again order. Give us the sizes, names and numbers and we'll quote it.
If another supplier made it
Send clear photos of the front, back and sleeves of an existing shirt, plus your crest and sponsor artwork. We'll tell you honestly how close a match we can achieve before you commit — sublimation lets us get very close on colour and pattern, but we won't overpromise.
A club shop removes the problem permanently
Clubs that run a free Hackin club shop stop needing top-up orders at all: the shop stays open all season, so a new player simply buys their own kit in their own size and it ships direct. The committee doesn't collect money, chase sizes or place a group order.
Adding a whole new team
New age groups mid-season are common in grassroots football. Because your design is on file, a new team can be kitted in exactly the same look — often with better per-player pricing than a handful of one-off replacements.
